Tex Mex Dip

Ingredients:

1 or 2 cans Fritos Bean Dip

Salsa

3 avocados

1/4 tsp. lemon juice

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 pckg. Taco Seasonings

1 cup ripe pitted olives

2 or 3 green onions

2 tomatoes 

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Tortilla chips

Preparation:

Bowl # 1:

Mash avocado, put in lemon juice, garlic salt to taste 

Bowl #2

Blend sour cream, mayonnaise and Taco seasoning

Assemble in pie pan (or 8 x 8 Pyrex baking dish) in layers:

Bean dip

Salsa

Avocado mixture

Sour cream mixture

Sprinkle on top:

lives (chopped)

tomatoes (diced)

onions (finely chopped)

cheese

May heat slightly to melt cheese.  Serves about 15 adults - or slightly more.
