Lefse - Instant Potato Flake Version

Ingredients:

  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 tsp. milk
  • 2 tblsps. butter 4 cups Potato Flakes - Pillsbury, not "Potato Buds"

Instructions

  1. Cook ingredients as directed for flakes and then chill.
  2. Slowly add 1-1/2 to 2 cups flour.  Work flour to form "pancake" - 1/4" thick.
  3. Bake on griddle until brown.
