Chris' "Pot Bar B Que Chicken"


2 chicken breasts, halved to equal 4 pieces (skinned and boned)

2 packages Lipton Onion Soup

2 Kraft Catalina (Fat Free) Salad Dressing

2 large cans whole cranberries (OceanSpray)


Mix Onion Soup, salad dressing and whole cranberries in a large 9 x 12" Pyrex baking pan.  Add 4 chicken breasts and cover well with mixture.

Bake 1-1/2 hours at 350 degrees.

Serve over rice.  Wonderful with artichokes on side!
